Inspired by expression in the form of conscious movement and breathing, my yoga journey has been unfolding as a lifeguide. Ever since I started to feel the healing effects of yoga practices 6 years ago, effortless commitment, fed by endless inspiration, kept drawing me back to the same practice every day. Deconditioning from a place in society that has served me unwell.

Fascinated by the dynamic discipline of Ashtanga yoga, I have dedicated myself to a Mysore style practice for 4 years now. Studied with teachers Vijay Kumar, John Scott, Petri Raïsanen and Ty Landrum.

In 2023 I participated my first 200hr teacher training in Portugal, at Cara Creek Eco Lodge, where I met my amazing traditional Hatha yoga teachers. Where Ashtanga for me teaches discipline and perseverance, Traditional Hatha requiers the strength of stillness, precision in alignment and subtle awareness. To me these two practices are not seperate, they compliment.

In 2024 I finished my one year study at Ayurveda Academy of the Netherlands in Weesp. From here I continued studying with Ayurdaay Nilayam with Miriam to deepen my knowledge into this healing lifestyle and am able to give back this ancient knowledge to anyone who’s willing and interested in changing one’s approach to health and lifestyle. In February 2026 I completed an Ayurvedic abhyanga marma massage course in Mysore, at Mysore Ayurveda Academy.

My teachings are rooted in Ashtanga, mixed with the precision of Traditional Hatha yoga and a bit of the ayurvedic principles if interested.
